Responsibilities:
- Carrying out KYB/KYC procedures in adherence to the company’s policies;
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all KYB/KYC reviews and approvals.
- Communicating with clients via emails and telephone regarding KYB and other customer-service related matters;
- Assisting with any other tasks that may be requested by various departments.
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably with at least 2 years relevant work experience;
- Good understanding of corporate documents;
- Fluent spoken/written English, other languages will be considered an advantage;
- Good computer skills (email communication, online research, using databases)
- Very well organized, with great attention to detail;
- Ability to learn fast and multitask.
