Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reply all incoming technical support tickets, chats and answer frequently asked questions
- Manage and distribute all incoming queries from clients and users
- Assist in internal departmental workload
Requirements:
- Technical background (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in science, technology or engineering
- Solid mathematical understanding
- High level of computer literacy and excellent knowledge of prevailing software for working on the Internet
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Solid moral and ethical character
- Ability to give explanations and provide reasoning
- Ability to learn fast - the chosen candidate will participate in very intensive training (his/her knowledge will have to be continuously updated)
- Great attention to detail
Additional requirements (considered as an advantage):
- Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in trading in financial markets
- Prior knowledge in customer support on technical matters
- Preference will be given to Computer Science graduates
- Knowledge of Chinese and English language
