A vacancy ‘Community Manager’ is available to form, develop and support the community of traders in the ecosystem of MetaQuotes products.

As part of this vacancy, the employee will participate in the development and promotion of existing communities, such as the profile community for algorithmic traders — www.MQL5.com, as well as new communities for a wide range of users.

Your tasks:

Form, develop and maintain communities.
Develop mechanisms for attracting new participants.
Track user interests, identify market trends and develop mechanisms to retain user interest.
Automate the processes of work and community management.
Find partners, authors, Influencers and other participants to develop and promote the community.
Connect various channels of information related to the specifics of the community to a single information space available to community members.
Russian language knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a similar position for 3 years or more.
Deep understanding of the specifics of trading and interests of both experienced traders and a wide range of people interested in financial literacy.
Skills in website promotion, SEO optimisation, SMM promotion.
Strong technical knowledge, understanding of the principles of integration with third-party information systems.
High level of empathy, ability to interact correctly with community members, work with objections.
Independence in setting and achieving goals, ability to work quickly and achieve the necessary results.
