MetaTrader 5 build 2690: Market depth for all instruments and enhanced code profiler

Update MetaTrader 5 to build 2690 and get the new features for successful trading:

• The synthetic market depth is now available for all instruments — this visual tool helps traders set, modify and delete orders as quickly as possible
• The code profiler is now even more convenient for debugging: data presentation is improved, report column names are now shorter and the report itself can be saved to a file
• MetaEditor functionality to enable/disable clipboard tracking and clear its history

Furthermore, we have implemented minor improvements and fixes — more about the changes.
